Dr. Cynthia Thompson is a multi-talented entrepreneur, speaker, life coach, and spiritual advisor to corporate and global Kingdom leaders. Anointed with a true apostolic and prophetic call, she is passionate about restoring, perfecting, building, and equipping believers to fulfill their God-given destiny.
In 2004, Dr. Thompson founded Boca Raton's first Prophetic Training Center, where she carries an apostolic mandate to train five-fold ministry leaders and marketplace professionals to walk in the fullness of their prophetic authority. Sophonie Jean Baptiste is a worship minister, intercessor, and servant of God with a passion for glorifying Christ through worship and the teaching of His Word. She currently serves at Transformation Church VA, where she ministers in praise and worship while helping cultivate an atmosphere for encounter, healing, and spiritual renewal through intercession.
Her ministry journey began at the age of 10 as a member of her family's gospel group, Les Jean Baptiste, ministering throughout the Haitian community. From an early age, she traveled and ministered through music and the Word on various platforms, including Trinity Broadcasting Network, sharing stages with pioneers in gospel ministry. These formative experiences established a lifelong commitment to serving God through worship.
Professionally, Sophonie serves as a primary care provider in the Hampton Roads area and is the founder of a telemedicine practice dedicated to expanding healthcare access for underserved communities throughout the DMV region, New York, and Florida. Whether ministering spiritually or serving patients, she is committed to excellence, compassion, and faith.
