VENDOR'S INFORMATION
Cost
The cost to be a vendor is $125.00, which includes a table, table linen, and one (1) event ticket. Payment must be made in full before July 15, 2024, to secure a table reservation.
Set-up & Break-down
Vendor displays must be set up Friday afternoon no later than 4:30 p.m. and must be torn down by 4:30 p.m. on Saturday. Vendors are able to arrive as early as 12:00 noon Friday to set up sooner.
Tables
Each vendor will receive a six-foot table with a tablecloth. For uniformity, each vendor will need to use the provided tablecloth for their table. For safety reasons, kindly ensure that all of your products are kept on or under the table.
Door Prizes
Each vendor can participate in providing an item of their choice as a door prize to give away during one of our conference sessions.
Location
Vendor tables will be located on the west hallway side of the hotel, beside the main conference room. Please check in with a team member from our registration area upon arrival.
Availability
You are not required to stand at your booth the entire time. However, we kindly request that you close and leave your table display five minutes before the main sessions begin.
Displays
We suggest if at all possible having more than one person manning your display will be beneficial. Please be careful what you leave on your display when left unattended. We will not have anyone watching the displays. We will not be responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise.

Internet will be available via the hotel.
